Still getting ads after subscribing to Microsoft 365.

According to the offer Outlook is supposed to be ad free after signing up for a paid subscription.

I paid for a yearly subscription and still get ads in Outlook.

I tried, repairing, resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling the Outlook App yet the ads still won't go away.

    Yes, I get up to 10 a day after paying! Absolute ripoff, keep reporting, as long as they keep getting money no care whatsoever for customers.

    I am having this issue too as well.

    Microsoft doesn't appear to have resolved this. I have been a paying subscriber for years now. I have Office365 Family edition ($99.99/year) and yet I'm seeing ads in my Mail that I shouldn't be seeing and no option to turn it off.

    For as much money as they charge, I shouldn't be seeing any ads!!!!

    Me too! Seems to be lots, too greedy Microsoft. Don’t ask your customers to fix your stuff up, YOU fix it! WE’RE already paying YOU.

    I just renewed my Office 365 subscription and now I’m getting annoying ads on Outlook, it’s really annoying and I feel my money has been taken under false pretenses. I’m starting to think that the best solution would be to cancel my subscription and drop outlook.
