Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

update: i have tried this with one of my hotmail/outlook accounts and it does not seem to work for me. I am stuck at the "Azure Account Authentication" blank page. help?

earlier question: does anyone know if this solution also works for contacts and calendars in blackberry hub for hotmail? I have android version 14. I have not done anything since this all started back in Jan and my hub works for 1 or 2 emails and then all clogged up. But emails come through. So far I was afraid to remove both my hotmail accounts as I didn't want to lose what I have, as bad as it is.

I downloaded the updates and added back the outlook.com account 12 hours ago. So far so good. I'll give it a couple days then try adding back my work exchange account.

What an easy way out! When will you solve this problem for once and for all. It is annoying the fact that Microsoft keeps logging me out and I have to create multiple passwords over and over again. Now it doesn't connect at all. This has nothing to do with Outlook mobile, It has to do with logging in any mail client app. Such as, Blackberry Hub app.
