Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Today I managed to authenticate the outlook.com account (by adding a \ before the domain)! Now the e-mails are working, at least for the time being. Next step is to sync the contacts, the calendar.. Hope it can go well as after trying all others, I love to work on only BB Hub!

Same issue for the past 3 days, deleted the account and tried to reinstall however keeps failing, now the Outlook calendar doesn't sync. Blackberry Hub users for year without any issues, paying for the privilege of this.

Hoping to find a solution before I ditch BB Hub and revert to checking mail individually and having calendar on a single device.

That is not my experience. I just tried at least 6 email apps on my phone when the HUB stopped working to evaluate alternatives, and every single one worked. This is on my Samsung S23 Ultra. I haven't found one that does everything HUB+ does, but they all authenticated and worked as expected.

Nope it is not BlackBerry Hub. At the moment you can”t add outlook account on any Android device, no matter is it BlackBerry Hub or Android default mail, calendar and contacts app. I have both phones now without calendar and contacts, one with BlackBerry Hub and other just factory default Android 14 new phone.

The only thing working is Outlook App but is not a solution for me. And by testing it, phone did not showing caller id-s.
