Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I just got the updates in the Play Store. So far so good. I used outlook.office365.com for the server. Phone is a Moto Edge 2022.

This worked for me, and I recovered my Calendars and Tasks from Outlook.com. However, a word of warning: I lost all Outlook tasks on my Samsung S23 from the previous 6 months, all manipulated on my Samsung S23 and including my personal health records, which I recorded as Tasks repeating daily. They were nominally being saved to my personal outlook.com I.d. but never appeared in Outlook and were deleted in the update.

On a minor note, trying to change the Notification tone when setting up the outlook.com account in Hub+ beta, crashed the Hub+ and BlackBerry Services.

Leaving it until the account was synched and then changing the tone was no problem (perhaps this is where the Tasks were deleted).

The September beta versions of BB inbox and Bb Services have fixed the hotmail authentication problem for me 👍
