BlackBerry android devices or any Google device can't connect to outlook server

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Does using app password work for you? I've never gotten my hub to accept the generated app password...

I personally switched to the Edison mail app (which is free). Maybe not as good, but at least I have a unified inbox for my emails, color coding and a good layout when I open an email message. Everything works, so in the end, good enough for me. Still have my Hub subscription, hoping that BB will eventually fix the issue at some point.

This has been frustrating me for weeks. Started looking for an all in one like hub.n I was ready to dump it but...minutes ago I tried this. Manual setup. It works under Imap

Good luck. Years later I've still not found anything that competes with the Balckberry hub but as a subscriber now...stuff has to work. It is obviously related to activesync and 2 FA
