WARNING: Outlook Calendars don't always sync...
My Outlook calendars associated with my personal Outlook account, which had the sync issues, are no longer syncing with the Samsung Calendar (and therefore BlackBerry Hub+) on my S23+. I also seem to be unable to create an appointment in Samsung Calendar. The Save button doesn't work...
So, new appointments are not always being synced to outlook.com or to BlackBerry Hub+. But deletions are... This looks to me to be a problem with Samsung Calendar, which I am then seeing in BlackBerry Hub+. Manually syncing in Samsung Calendar doesn't update either outlook desktop with appointments in Samsung Calendar or Samsung Calendar with appointments created using Outlook desktop.
Apologies for this not quite perfect recollection.
I have 2 Outlook.com calendars within the same account: one for personal and one for social. I could see duplicates in the same Calendar using Outlook desktop for a set of appointments this Friday, so deleted one set. Looking back, I don't think they were duplicated in my Hub+ calendar, but can't be certain. All appointments in that time range disappeared from the BlackBerry Hub+ Calendar.
I now remember that I created a set in Hub+ thinking "didn't I do this earlier?" As I created these appointments about 2 weeks ago, I can't remember whether both sets were created on my 'phone or one was created via Outlook desktop. I have copied appointments in Outlook desktop to my work Calendar (syncs immediately to BlackBerry Hub+) and between outlook.com calendars (do not sync).
Appointments created in Hub+ sync within seconds to my work account visible via Outlook desktop.
Appointments created in Hub+ appear in the Samsung Calendar on my S23+ but are not syncing to my outlook.com calendars
Appointments created in or copied to my outlook.com calendars using Outlook desktop are not syncing to my S23+
Appointments created in or copied to my work calendar using Outlook desktop ARE syncing to my S23+ (Samsung calendar and Hub+)
I'm hoping that this is going to be resolved by re-booting my Samsung S23+. I don't want to have to re-install Calendars
And to think my reason for logging on again was to ask if someone knew how to sync Tasks? I think i just have to put them all into my work calendar from now on...
Have you got 'Sync Calendars' toggled in your Outlook settings on your S23+?
I'm guessing you have because of partial functionality, but worth asking.
