Using Outlook for Android for personal email and calendar management
This totally a joke from Microsoft. It's unacceptable ... Could you move your tons of engineers to solve this issue ? That's a MS issue as several other apps have the same issue.

Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I have a paid for personal Microsoft account and have the same problem with BlackBerry Hub still. You can sign in with a Work or School account but not a personal account. So I don't think paying for a personal 365 will help this issue.
I logged on to my Microsoft account at the same time Bb asked for a password update and tried to find 'create password app' under security settings as someone else suggested,, but that option was not listed for me underneath the 2FA bit?
I have given up after 2 months and added my personal email to the outlook app alongside my work emails. I was trying to keep my personal email separate. Plus i love the features of BBHub which I've used for many years.
I was simply pointing out that installing an additional app is really a minor inconvenience, which is mitigated by continued use of BB Hub.
I have to say, I envy your life, as such details as to having to install an app on a phone is an issue for you. There are many larger issues in the world/life, kudos to you for not having exposure to those.
The login with Microsoft Exchange work account is different than the free account. I doubt you have your Exchange account set up property...
