Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

I was wondering if this problem only affected free Hotmail/Outlook accounts. Thanks for clarifying that.

It looks like Microsoft 365 Personal is about $69.99 per year which is not bad assuming it fixes the problem. I'd hate to pay for a service that has been free for 25+ years, but at least the option is there. The other option is moving to Gmail which doesn't have the sync issues (at least not yet).

Update: There's also a Microsoft 365 Basic for $19.99 per year. Do you know if that would also solve the issue?

"You need to enable syncing of calendar and contacts in Outlook app. That will enable it to show your calendar and contacts in the app that you were using before (e.g. Samsung Calendar, Samsung Contacts).

For the emails yes, the IMAP/SMTP is the only functional solution AFAIK. You'll live with duplication of sent emails, until a solution can be found."

Right, so this is actually not a fix as Contacts and Calendar still do not sync with BB Hub - it is a workaround at best for something that is still broken.

No, none of the apps are as good as BB Hub. So you may want to keep it. Anyway, there are solutions to this Outlook authentication issue. Look at the previous posts.

Hello all, I have the same trouble with my Hotmail account and the BB Hub+ on a S21 smartphone and it's very disruptive because the full fonctionality of the "BOITE DE RECEPTION" are a pleasure all over the last time I could used it...

Did you know another application that could replace the Hub with the same functionalities, all emails with calendar and address book, social network, notifications, etc... and all these in a ONE PLACE?
