Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

20 is the magic number then. It's still a hassle because I don't know whether I'm seeing all my emails unless I check against my desktop or something like that.

I sure hope Microsoft solves it soon.

I had the same issues, could not add my outlook.com account.

I added the account in BB+ Services and confirmed 20 times the PW until it was accepted.

Now the sync is working, but it's is prompting for the PW 20 times a day.

Annoying but at least it is working for now.

Still having the problem on my end; both BlackBerry Hub for Android and my BB10 devices. Re-saving settings repeatedly helps with BB10 most of the end. In Android the nag to update one of my accounts comes and goes. Emails don't come in for part of a day and then flood in all at once. I tried Outlook, the result is only BlackBerry Hub look better and better.

Posting mainly so MS knows they haven't solved the problem.

The MS support page (link included by Saxacat in the above post), has a link to an Answers forum (see highlighted in screenshot), that currently contains 52 pages of posts.

The sorry saga continues, but we are not alone.

Hello, exactly the same issue here. Regular interruptions in mail delivery since 2 weeks, last days it got worse. Today I tried everything I could find (servers, ports, 2-step auth, app password, changing my password...) Nothing worked. At the end I tried to delete my account from the phone. I should not have done it because now I can't recreate it at all and my calendar is gone.

I hope Microsoft will solve the issue ASAP, but for the moment they do not seem much concerned...
