Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

This is still very flaky. I am holding on to my eas settings and password. I also seemed to have a period yesterday when authenticaton and emails were functional on Hub+ but have seen the "need password" notification again.

So my take on that is that the issue is not generally fixed, despite MS stating that it is "solved".

The same for me. Tried many app passwords, nothing is changed. Still cannot add my accounts.

I've tried that many times, but no luck. Perhaps it's geographical? I'm based in Abu Dhabi but the problem persists either on a UK VPN or direct to my provider here.

The behaviour is like it's not recognising the password. I've tried both my regular hotmail password and several of the generated App passwords, but always the same.

I've had the same issues with 'can't authenticate' for about the same time. I tried to click the Select button by Client certificate, and it quickly pops up a msg "Key Chain". I googled that and it seems to be related to IOS, although I am on an Android and downloaded the Android version. Seems odd.

I am so frustrated right now. I had my email coming through my BB Hub (no contacts or calendars, or notes,) by manually setting up POP3, and thought I should try again (based on the most recent posts to this thread) to use the Exchange ActiveSync. So I removed my account, and now I can't connect it again, by any of the 3 ways (POP3, IMAP, or ActiveSync - which is what I prefer). So the problem is still not resolved.

No I'm not sure what to do - just give up or keep trying... I just know I don't have time or energy for this. It's been a week and I feel like I'm worse than when I started.

feeling defeated right now, and just hoping someone is still working on this.
