Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Sorry but not even through imap or POP can authenticate. It doesn't work for me.

I went to the Hub, clicked on the botton (+) to add accounts, clicked on POP3/IMAP option, put in the Hotmail address, clicked on "manual" and then I put in the settings I gave in the previous message. I don't understand why you cannot do this and choose a pop account from the hub.

So I have a super similar setup. I have the OnePlus 11 with a Hotmail account. I tried some of these settings but I wasn't prompted for the outgoing server, etc. and it still wouldn't connect. I couldn't select POP3 for Outlook/Hotmail using the Hub+ screen so I tried it from the Inbox. Still no good either way.

Probably you don't have BlackBerry Hub+Services App installed
