Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Sorry I don't think I will be much help to you. I can confirm I have all of the sync switches turned on, but I don't ever use or care about calendars and contacts. As for syncing to the cloud, all I can say is the server name is outlook.office365.com

That doesn't make sense to me.

When I add an Outlook account, I see it in my Phone Settings-Accounts. If I look at that account settings, I can turn on or off Contact and Calendar Sync. Then, if I go to my Phones Calendar or Contact apps, I can turn on those accounts. Maybe just go back and make sure you have everything turned on.

It is turned on for me (3) places - In the Outlook app for those accounts, Sync Contacts and Sync Calendar is turned on. If I go into my phones settings - Accounts - the Outlook accounts have Sync turned on for Contacts and Calendar. Then, if I go to my Contact and Calendar apps, those accounts are available to be turned on.

This is all still working for me.

Keep in mind that once it is all turned on, it will take a while for everthing to sync up - especially if you have a lot in there.

"and I'm doing that with the Outlook app. That makes Contacts and Calendars available to any Contact or Calendar app and keeps everything synced"

Yea, sadly no luck for me. After installing Outlook for Android, there is no contacts or calendar events on my phone Contacts and Calendar. I can see the data only from Outlook app. And under the Settings - Accounts there is no Outlook account as well. Outlook just keeps the data inside.

And the strange thing is that one of my phones still syncing my ActiveSync account without problems. The problem occurs only when you make changes on your outlook mail account or trying to recreate it into Android device. If it already there, the account working without issues. Damn MS helpdesk suggested to reinstall account...

    Spacesnow,

No, I only have two Microsoft accounts that I am syncing Contacts and Calendars, and I'm doing that with the Outlook app. That makes Contacts and Calendars available to any Contact or Calendar app and keeps everything synced. I turned off notifications and I don't bother with the Outlook app except to keep Contacts and Calendars in sync on my phone for those 2 accounts. I am using Edison as a unified inbox for all my Gmail, Outlook, and my Activesync work account. I actually set up a Microsoft account that I have used across all my devices for years that I don't even use for anything else except keeping everything synced (Edge browser, Contacts, Calendars, Settings, Onedrive, Onenote...). I don't do email in there.
