Hello, I have changed my password with outlook and after I tried to updated with BlackBerry hub services either on my android device or Pixel 8 can't authenticate or connect to server errors persists. Microsoft Azure certificate comes faulty as well and I need a solution for it because it looks like nobody in this office using BlackBerry hub app in pixel 8 and even BlackBerry key2 can't connect to outlook. After uninstall and reinstall does the same "can't connect to server" or "can't authenticate" error not on exchange server, imap or pop. I tried everything and Microsoft seems not to answer questions about it.

Remember that the Microsoft paid Office365 email works fine under exchange with HUB+. I also have my own domain for my email as well. Better to own your main email vs a free account they can take away! My free email under live.com still works with Inbox, but it shows the authentication error every now and then... I ignore it and it still syncs anyway.... Also, I use my main gmail account used with the Android account for my contact list Sync only. The Microsoft's contact (people) is horrible! The fields don't match etc... Google got the contact list right at least for now.... Everything else Syncs with Office365 account, email, Calandar, tasks, notes etc... The free account is and should be secondary...

You could give the Samsung Email app and Samsung calendar app a try, they both currently work fine with Hotmail accounts; however, you don't get all the functionality of Hub+

You need to enable syncing of calendar and contacts in Outlook app. That will enable it to show your calendar and contacts in the app that you were using before (e.g. Samsung Calendar, Samsung Contacts).

For the emails yes, the IMAP/SMTP is the only functional solution AFAIK. You'll live with duplication of sent emails, until a solution can be found.

Thank you Marco for your reply but I couldn't find the solution in previous posts, only the fact to add Outlook app or to add account with IMAP/SMTP options. With the Outlook app I have the emails 2 times in a row and don't have the sync with calendar and address book, same as with IMAP/SMTP for calendar and @ book.

This worked for me on a Motorola Edge 2022. Thank you!

I don't think it will work on a BlackBerry device like a KEY2 because the Outlook app is not available on such devices due to the old Android version.
