I have a recurring email that continues to go to "junk" when I confirm it is "safe." I use Microsoft Outlook

I have the same issue. I have done everything and cleared everything and it still goes to junk! so annoying . Has there been any solution to this? I am slowly migrating all my emails to another server that does not have this issue. Microsoft has to fix this!

Having same issue with my CEO. Tried everything but my emails still go to junk. Seemed to happen when I went to France. I'm back but still having same issue. So frustrating when none of the suggestions work.

What is now really stunning is that as Microsoft has applied the NEW Outlook to my laptop, it is still sending items to the junk folder! Especially crazy as now you move an email to the inbox and a popup states "no longer send emails from ... to the junk folder" - it doesn't work at all! One would think they would fix this upon release of a new build. Also, true junk still gets to my inbox even after I report it. Useless, but I just like using Outlook, so I'm stuck with their garbage filtration.

It is likely that contact is also on the blocked list. Remove from the blocked list and the mail would stay in inbox
