Managing personal Outlook.com account settings, security, and privacy
I have 3 accounts one without a phone number and they are all the same issue. I would wait for it to be fixed as the account recovery can take 30 days. What a terrible company MS

Hi. I am trying to change my account password as I was unable to log in.
I complete the robot verification but stuck on verification complete screen as it does not redirect to the next screen. I am unable to get past this.
Tried different devices/networks/browsers. The account recovery is completely useless.
Nothing I can do.
Need help with this.

I've called Microsoft and they told that apparently I do not even have a phone number registered for self-service password reset so that is maybe why it is then not proceeding after the robot check
The customer support rep advised to raise an account recovery request which Microsoft need to manually review here: https://account.live.com/acsr
Just wanted to sound off that I've been setting up a new PC, and yes, having the exact same issue :(
It seems not, seems this has been going on for several days, I do basic self-service to reset my password on my account as I only have it registered for SMS and this needs me to do the robot check which never moves, some rep person said to leave this in their feedback portal too:

I'm facing the same issue when trying to change the account password. Unable to login otherwise. Is there really no solution for this when there are 60+ people experiencing the same problem?
