For some reason my hotmail account (************@hotmail.com) is locked out and I'm unable to log back in. I went through the recovery steps and still won't let me. Please assist. This is my account and I can't get in.
Please do not send me the link to recover as it doesn't work for me. My cell number is currently not active as I am out of the country (Canada) and I answered the questions correctly but it won't work. My password hasn't changed in years and I don't know why it still won't let me in.

Can't get into my account
it goes to a new account and all my mails and info is gone, what a disaster, can i not trust outlook anymore?
This is ****. You guys don't have access to our accounts, we can't talk to anyone on the phone and you just push the recovery form on us that we continuously keep saying isn't working. I've had the same email for 20 years and I don't really update the phone numbers or other personal information frequently. Unfortunately someone tried to hack my account while I was sleeping and it blocked my account for too many unsuccessful login attempts. Now I'm being redirected constantly to the recovery form that I've tried so many times that I'm locked out for 24 hours before I can try again. I can't use the phone number because it's an old number and the recovery form is asking me for Xbox console serial numbers for an Xbox I sold years ago. You guys clearly don't take our security seriously, considering I can't get my account back and all my bills and purchases go through that email. All I've wanted is some actual support in getting my account back and I can't seem to get it. I'll never use Microsoft again after this. Absolute farce

my other email is ******@gmail.com & phone is 847-420-1521. this is frustrating. i see no instructions on hot transfer info from hotmail to outlook

Hello my account sudden logout sudden. Now i cant logged in. I tried to submit the Account Recover form but soon i submit the form automated reply came "Unfortunately, our automated system has determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership"
I am the real owner of that email. can provide older emails screenshoots as well. The phone number i used before i dont have that number now. I feel recovery email form is rejected by automated system. How can I reach real human who can validate my information. I can willing to provide to my identity as well
