I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

    Here's what I got from a similar discussion thread:

    Exchange admin is done on Microsoft's portal (including GoDaddy customers): https://admin.exchange.microsoft.com

    but the 365 admin portal (https://admin.microsoft.com) redirects to GoDaddy management site. As for the details... I have no clue because I have never had GoDaddy mail hosting service. He mentioned his IT personnel skill isn't up to par (IT is fairly amateur level).) so asking for GoDaddy help seems logical to me.

    From what I understand, GoDaddy resells Microsoft 365. The email account is still managed through Microsoft's admin portal. The DKIM and SPF records should come from Microsoft. GoDaddy can only help if the DNS was hosted on their system.

    I told him to contact GoDaddy because like many, he may be getting mail hosting service through GoDaddy. GoDaddy uses Microsoft 365 hosting service so it's normal to see the MX record point to blahblah....outlook.com

    This is what he says:

    I have a .co.uk domain through godaddy

    If you read my reply earlier, it says this:

    Wix is your DNS host -- where you create those DNS records.

    Clearly, their webhost is Wix. My guess is that GoDaddy is just the registrar. Their MX points to Microsoft. There's nothing in the original post that GoDaddy is hosting their email.

    You need to get the SPF record from your Microsoft account, under SETUP and DOMAINS, there's a tab "DNS records." You should see the SPF record you need to enter as a TXT record for Wix.

    For the DKIM, while still logged into your account, go to: https://security.microsoft.com/authentication?viewid=DKIM

    Select your domain and enable DKIM. It will present an error. In that text are the two CNAM records you need to add to Wix. There are two parts, the HOST and VALUE. Make sure you have them entered properly in your Wix DNS.

    Once you get the records in place in Wix, wait a few minutes and retry turning on DKIM on the Microsoft site. Once the records are posted, you won't get the error and DKIM will be enabled. Microsoft has to see the records in your DNS before it can turn on.
