I am having issue that Yahoo emails are not reaching recipients. I am getting an error message but after 24hrs not even straight after. It's only come to my attention because in follow up calls, they are telling me that the emails never arrived..

Please advise me how to sort it out as is very important I can reach those yahoo recipients.

Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to contact the recipient's email system it didn't respond.

Contact the recipient by some other means (by phone, for example) and ask them to tell their email admin that it appears that their email system isn't accepting connection requests from your email system. Give them the error details shown below. It's likely that the recipient's email admin is the only one who can fix this problem.

    I am a small business owner experiencing this same issue that others described. Would you be able to take a look at my records to see if I am missing anything that would help my emails go through?

    I had this issue with a few different domains start in Feb 2024. Apparently this was something planned on Yahoo/AOL to make our lives harder.

    I was able to correct the issue by creating DKIM signatures in 365

    The steps are located here - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/security/office-365-security/email-authentication-dkim-configure?view=o365-worldwide

    You will need access to your DNS to add 2 CNAME records.

    it says;

    Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

    then it prints the e-mial i sent to - sbcgloable / yahoo / aol are all failing

    then a bunch of greek diagnostics.

    GoDaddy resolved my issue in January but now its happening again.

    I called them yesterday and they said its a known issue that should be resolved in 24-72 hours.

    I have my doubts
