Hi,
At my company we have switched to the new Outlook version.
I am now trying to find a way to categorize the outlook calendar in similar way as in previous version. Then I could add contitional formatting on the categories (person, workd ertc) and get a good overview in my calendar.
I can not find this functionality anynore
It is not sufficient to right klick on a meeting and change category manually.
Greatful if you can support in this question, it really helps my efficiency.

@Microsoft: please add conditional formatting for Calendar to Outlook. The lack of this functionality makes me considering to go back to classic Outlook.
Yes, I stick with the old version, because the lack of this functionality (conditional formatting in Calendar) is too much of a loss for me. How can MS think it is acceptable to eliminate such a valuable capability in a flagship enterprise product??
Is this issue fixed? do we need to get back to the old Outlook view? Thanks!
Isn't it great.... 9 months later we finally get a reply to let us know that they're aware of our issue and we should submit it for consideration. If only we had thought of that last May when this thread started and we asked for it to be considered. #SMH #SoHelpful
Yes, allowing rules for conditional formatting of calendar entries is imperative.
