I am a premium subscriber. When attempting to add my gmail.com account to outlook.live.com I get an error 400 bad request "An error occurred when you tried to access your mailbox because a server with information about you and your mailbox couldn't be found."

The url it attempts to go to is: https://outlook.live.com/mail/1/?JitExp=1&state=2 and then after a few seconds of trying it goes to url: https://outlook.live.com/ and throws the error above.

I have tried clearing my cookies, browser history, incognito mode and restarting chrome browser but nothing seems to work.

Details from the error (w/o the client IP):

I have the same issue, but no one from support was able to give me any guidance or help. Although they assert that the functionality has been removed since May 2021, I was still able to add my Gmail account as of the 26th.

Support claims that the feature is no longer available even though I was still using it up until two days ago. It saddens me to say that a company this big doesn't know what problems they have and do not know how to solve them because I don't believe they have any knowledge of this.

Thanks for the tips...though they are not clear enough to reproduce/try successfully. The problem persists.

I have been using outlook.live.com for several years with my google email address then a few days before Christmas I started getting this message. I have no idea what the problem is but the error message says

400 Bad request. An error occurred when you tried to access your mailbox because a server with information about you and your mailbox couldn't be found.Refresh the page

Refreshing the page does not help. I have tried another computer and Microsoft edge to no avail.

Help I can't get to my calender

Hi - I will try that but that lead me to dig deeper and play detective - my annual subscription renewal date is 2/23/23 and my current account on the date of 12/23/22 - started giving me the 400 error. So Microsoft must have a 60 day trigger on there subscriptions. Why???? If I renew now (to get away from the 60 day trigger) they get 2 months free out of my one year (12 month) subscription.
