Why is Hotmail Spam Filtering So Bad???

This is the WORST spam filtering of any of my email programs.

I am constantly getting junk in my inbox and important emails are sent to spam.

Even my upcoming vacation flight emails from delta airlines and other businesses. This is causing havoc and stress I don't need!

What are my options? Increase spam filtering and send more important emails to junk?

Lessen spam filtering and get more junk in my inbox????

    Nothing will ever change if Microsoft doesn't enforce security rules.

    We work with sendgrid at my place. We use all those securities when sending an email to ensure delivery and those emails can easily be marked as spam and then never arrived in your mailbox anymore because rules are followed.

    But phishing emails and junks don't follow security rules of course. They are sent via known domains which are used for phishing. Microsoft could block those domains but they don't give a sh*t.

    Outlook.com is clearly the worst email service of the Web.

    I've been opening tickets at different Microsoft services and they always reply with the same stupid template.

    It's really frustrating to deal with so many incompetent people.

    not really. I have no spam problem. 1 or 2 in a week is fine.

    Totally agree Microsoft is the worst. Done all the rules. Haven't subscribed to anything. My outlook is bombarded with 40 spam emails every day.

    I cancelled my office 365 subscription. Nothing of your lousy advise helps and my inbox is flooded on a daily basis with spam. After two decades its time to say goodbye. ( tried to speak to an actual person but this was not possible). Bye now
