Why is Hotmail Spam Filtering So Bad???

This is the WORST spam filtering of any of my email programs.

I am constantly getting junk in my inbox and important emails are sent to spam.

Even my upcoming vacation flight emails from delta airlines and other businesses. This is causing havoc and stress I don't need!

What are my options? Increase spam filtering and send more important emails to junk?

Lessen spam filtering and get more junk in my inbox????

    > If spam lands in the Inbox, mark it as spam/junk. That will tell outlook that it's spam and will help the spam filters improve.

You could not be more wrong.

    No offence.

I have marked spam/junk on the same identical messages for a long time and guess what? They keep dropping into my focused inbox and I get notifications on my phone.

Both the fact that the emails are so obviously junk for any kind of junk/spam detection mechanism AND identical messages keep coming in 6-12 times a day often with less than 10 minutes apart, tells me that whatever outlook/hotmail is trying to do with their product, identifying spam is not a part of it.

Hotmail really has the worst spam filters, I spend more time reporting spam than reading legitimate emails. I wonder if it's a trade-off between privacy and effective spam filtering, because maybe gmail works much better due to them scanning email contents.

Still no bloody feedback on the Hub, twitter agents are useless, now it got worst, one "icloud" email each ten minutes... No one cares at Microsoft.
