What I see when I try to go to the Outlook software is "The products we found in your account can't be used to activate Outlook. Is this saying that I don't have that ability? Thank you for your help.
Problem solved by clicking on my office subscription and then selecting Outlook and then editing/adding contacts. The desktop icon I was using to access mail was taking me to something called Outlook PWA - don't know how that happened but it is now corrected.
If you don't access Outlook via the correct route, you don't seem to get full functionality
me too - I can't add (save) a new contact plus my old contacts are missing - ?? Please help thank you

I had the same experience and same error message today - August 29, 2022 is the 1st time it's happened. Didn't have the problem a week ago. Please advise.
