Did the problem just start today? There are some server side issues that may be affecting it.

I just encountered this same error. Seems like Microsoft is aware of it. I'll wait a few days to see if the issue gets fixed.
I just got that same error today (8/26/22). What do I do now????
Same deal. Went to add a contact and...lpe-data.errorSaveFailed
Come one Microsoft! Where was the QA team on this? Where was the automated testing to make sure this didn't happen? Bugs in production no bueno!!!!!
