How can I easily switch my Editor languages in Outlook

Hi,

I am working in three languages. This means that one mail I am writing in one language, the next one, I will be replying in a different language. The current way of working is that I always manually select the text and indicate the language I am using. This is quite tedious; it would be easier when I can easily change it in one click or one keyboard shortcut.

Does someone know a solution for this inconvenience pls?

Windows 11, new Outlook design, with Editor active.

    I'm experiencing same bug with only 2 languages: FR and EN.

    Hello,

    I use 2 languages and it is always a problem with the new outlook.

    I now use google g- mail and very easy yo switch.

    This reply works for classic ''Outlook" - but not the 'NEW' outlook, which you promote as better. It doesn't have file, or overflow dots, in the ribbon..

    Please help.
