How Can I Import a Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows (Business)?

I need to share a calendar over Outlook with a lot of individuals. In the old Outlook, you used to be able to import the calendar.

Now, there is an error message and it won't let you import a calendar, as shown below:

Some individuals might have the old Outlook, some might have the new version, but it is not reasonable to request that everyone switch back to the old version of Outlook just to download a calendar.

Is there a new way to import calendars in the new Outlook for Windows (Business)? We have Microsoft 365, FYI.

New Outlook does not have a File tab. If you want to import a calendar ics file, do it from the calendar module.

Import from the calendar module - Add calendar link > Upload from file

    Well, even when you switch it asks you if you want to import your calendar I said yes and calendar wasn't there after I did, so I had to go back! Fixt it Microsoft....

    Download the ICS file to your computer. Right click file and select open with Outlook (new).

    This opens an import window where you can select which calendar you want to import the event into.

    There is no "Outlook (new)" option when right clicking the file, only "Outlook," which is the program I'm moving the calendar FROM.
