How Can I Import a Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows (Business)?

I need to share a calendar over Outlook with a lot of individuals. In the old Outlook, you used to be able to import the calendar.

Now, there is an error message and it won't let you import a calendar, as shown below:

Some individuals might have the old Outlook, some might have the new version, but it is not reasonable to request that everyone switch back to the old version of Outlook just to download a calendar.

Is there a new way to import calendars in the new Outlook for Windows (Business)? We have Microsoft 365, FYI.

New Outlook does not have a File tab. If you want to import a calendar ics file, do it from the calendar module.

    My entire business depends on the Outlook calendar for planning and daily work assignments. Now that I have a new computer with the new Outlook, I cannot import my old Outlook calendar. This is an absolute let down on behalf of Microsoft! An absolute shame that they would eliminate functionality that would allow the old calendar file to be imported into the new Outlook. I am at a complete loss for words. Microsoft ripped the carpet out right from below my feet and my business. Does Microsoft see this as progress? I see it is dishonesty and a failure to uphold a standard of business ethics that serves its customers without compromise.

    Correct, the other person's answer does not apply to the new Outlook.

    The new Outlook is a work in progress and is missing some features. It's Outlook on the web in an app frame.

    How are you trying to add the calendar? can you add it from Outlook on the web?

    Add Calendar > Upload from file should work to import. (It did here).

    When I "Add Calendar" and try to "Upload from file," the only choice I'm given to move the CSV file TO is the Exchange account I'm trying to move the calendar FROM. So, I still can't move a calendar FROM Exchange (former work account) TO my personal account (a Gmail address) in New Outlook.

    This is really a piece of work. Rushed way to early with too many problems and with no admitting it is that bad. The look and feel is ok, but not being able to simply import a .ics file cannot be excused. Not being able to click on a 'calendar.ics file and have the item added to my existing Calander means I now have to try and enter them by hand. UNFORGIVEABLE! And don't even have me going down the road on the terrible handling of RULES.

    I have followed ALL the instructions and it just doesn't work. It will 'create' a new calendar, but that is NOT WHAT IS REQUIRED. When I try to follow the instructions I get "

    I've fired people for less.
