How Can I Import a Calendar in the New Outlook for Windows (Business)?

I need to share a calendar over Outlook with a lot of individuals. In the old Outlook, you used to be able to import the calendar.

Now, there is an error message and it won't let you import a calendar, as shown below:

Some individuals might have the old Outlook, some might have the new version, but it is not reasonable to request that everyone switch back to the old version of Outlook just to download a calendar.

Is there a new way to import calendars in the new Outlook for Windows (Business)? We have Microsoft 365, FYI.

New Outlook does not have a File tab. If you want to import a calendar ics file, do it from the calendar module.

    Update: The calendar from my other pc is now showing up in the Classic Outlook installed on my new desktop. Thanks very much for the suggestion. I still plan to research calendar programs unassociated with email systems so I'm better prepared for the next computer or Outlook crash.

    Unfortunately it didn't work. I'm still unable to upload the calendar that works on my other desktop. Pretty certain it is user error because I'm completely perplexed by how Outlook backup files work. I will try to get local IT help and also try to find a way to use a calendar independent of email systems because this has been an ongoing issue that dates back almost 10 years and three pc crashes!

    Classic will only sync Exchange calendars. You cannot sync gmail, yahoo etc without using an addin or adding them as a (read-only) internet calendar.

    New Outlook can sync calendar & contacts from gmail, yahoo, and icloud.
