Hi all, today I got an error message when opening Ms. Outlook with the following error message (We cannot render a new actionable message right now. Please close an existing one in Microsoft Outlook and retry) As for what I have done =

*Update office version

*Re-install O365

but neither of those things solved the problem, really appreciate if anyone in this forum can give more advice.

(no problem sending messages via OWA)

The issue is also with Monthly Enterprise Channel, Outlook Version 2207 (Build 15427.20308).

The method didn't worked - Opening in safe mode and then opening in normal mode.

Any further suggestion for the update which could resolve the issue?

I am trying to find out how to tell if a message is an actionable message so I will know that I should close it.

I already understand that the software has bugs and that this has been reported as an outstanding bug that may be fixed someday.

What version of Outlook are you on (File, Office Account, under About Outlook)? There was a recent service change to address the issue in Current Channel.

This regression seems worth of rolling back, or pushing out an out-of-band update to the Monthly Enterprise Channel; no? Otherwise Enterprise customers - the most risk adverse - have to do a bunch of work because an update wasn't tested properly by Microsoft?
