How can I see my replies in the conversation?

Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

    I still have the issue in the web version of Outlook. It just shows that I sent a reply without showing the actual reply. However, in the 365 Outlook, the entire email thread can be accessed. I just prefer the web version to the other and if I have to see the entire conversation I fire up the 365 version. I've given up trying to get it back to the way it was.

    after panicking on this thread and others, i realized that if you/users just 'reply all' to the item, the reply includes the group name so replies are saved in conversational mode. The core problem of 'what or if' someone replied to the message is mitigated.

    Hi Shimbarashe,

    I do not have these options:

    1. Open Outlook for Windows.
    2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
    3. Click on "Show as Conversations" in the "Messages" group.
    4. Click on the "Conversation Settings" button.
    5. Check the box next to "Show Replies and Forwarded Messages" and click "OK".

    Instead, I have:

    1. Open Outlook for Windows.
    2. Click on the "View" tab in the ribbon.
    3. Options are "Group in Conversations" or "Show Each Message Separately"

    The arrow indicator next to conversations helps you navigate through different view states:

    Initial State
    When you see a right-pointing arrow (→), the conversation is in a collapsed state

    .First Click
    Clicking once transforms the arrow to point downward at 45 degrees (↘), showing only other participants' messages in the conversation. Note that for one-on-one conversations, this state may be skipped directly to full expansion

    .Second Click
    Clicking the arrow again changes it to point straight down (↓), fully expanding the conversation to display all messages, including your own replies
