How can I see my replies in the conversation?

Currently, my inbox is set to see the emails as a conversation. However, I can't see my replies on the same email. Every time, I reply an email, it shows a "you replied on xxx" and I have to look for the email on my "Sent Items" folder which takes me time. Does anyone knows how to fix this problem?

I fixed mine by doing this:

Go to View

Then View Settings

Mail

Layout

Arrange the Reading Pane ------- Put this on "Newest on top"

OK, this wasn't the answer for me - but it eventually got me where I needed to be!

For full context, I was trying to make changes to my desktop application, but I had to do it by using the web version on my PC.

So, in my web browser (I had to use Firefox because Chrome wouldn't allow me to login) I went to:

View

View Settings

Layout

Arrange the Reading -> Newest on Top was already selected for me

Message Height

Always use Multiple Rows

Save

Close Outlook Desktop App

Open Outlook Desktop App

Replies were now visible

Hi,

if this doesn't work you can go to the same option by going to outlook menu, select File, Account Settings - Change Profile - Data Files - Settings - Advanced

check "Use Cached Exchange Mode"
