Did quick parts disappear with the new outlook? I can't access my old quick parts or make new ones.

Hi! As a fellow lover of quick parts, the only work-around I have found so far is saving them as templates instead:

New Mail -> Insert -> Click the ellipsis -> My Templates -> Add the text you want

Then, you'll be able to insert that text into any message like quick parts. Hope this helps!

This is great and all but your templates do not populate when you start typing out the title, which is the whole purpose of using Quick Parts. The additional time it takes to navigate to your templates, though minimal, does take extra time and clicks that are unnecessary if the Auto Populate feature worked like it does with Quick Parts.

PLEASE bring back Quick Parts! In my opinion, it was one of the most useful tools in Outlook and Word. The ability to use the same parts in both programs made my job SO MUCH easier. I have gone back to the old Outlook for now, in hopes that it will be added before I am forced to change! With my work, the new Outlook is nothing but color changes and frill!

Without Quick Parts, Outlook is absolutely useless for a company with 10,000 clients! Getting information to individual clients without having to type out a variety of many dozen responses is absolutely crucial! Outlook is now no more useful than webmail.

Quick Parts doesn't even show up in the field you screenshotted for me.

Quick Steps has also been pared down. I used Quick Steps to create recurring emails and now, not only are my previously created emails all gone, there's no discernable way to create them. The only options in the pull down menu that even come close are "forward" or "respond" -- there is no "create new mail"

arrrggghhh.. This is especially frustrating now that old outlook has started giving me unrecoverable errors that are only fixed by switching to new outlook which is missing features I use and need.

Come on, Microsoft. Do better. Maybe the people who re-design things should be USING it (and I mean really using it, for more than just sending simple emails) regularly? Too many of these changes don't seem to follow any logic!
