All hotmail / outlook Junk mail coming to inbox ?

Despite these emails still saying they are classed as junk. This has suddenly started today.

I've cleared my cache and deleted all in junk box.

Can't find any settings in junk mail other than safe senders list .

Thanks, Darren

Microsoft is a joke, they gave up on hotmail/outlook years ago. It's funny how I was able to go honestly 10-15 years barely seeing a spam e-mail. It's also funny now how whenever I do speak to someone in their support chat about spam issues (and solutions) the very NEXT DAY my spam doubles. Nearly every time. Essentially what I have been told by the 'support team' located in India is that none of Microsoft's pay versions will improve on spam blocking. Which is interesting to me. I've told more than one support person I am ready to just bite the bullet and get a pay tier and they say don't bother as the spam blocking won't improve - it's more for removal of ads. All we as customers ask for is to be able to front-end block these ****. Not have it go to spam folder, or deleted folder (or Inbox). Identify the email, block it, boom, I see nothing. Key word block, ISP, domain extension, everything. We can't do any of that. From a company that is Microsoft for god's sake.

Im not actually using a free email service, it is paid buisness account and Yes it does cost time and money as I am not getting over 50 e-mails per day. I need tomake sure i am not deleting importnant work e-mails while sorting through the influx of spam i am getting.

The spam is also not going to junk even if i mark it junk so there is a fault somewhere hence why we are bringing it to there attention.

I have gmail. Same sto, different email account. Unless you have corporate level email, you get junk. Pay and you still get junk. Email has just become a time wasting event. Just another virus to deal with. Then everyone you buy from wants a comment. Soon commenting is useless.

Interesting how people using a FREE service expect PREMIUM BUSINESS features.

Even more interesting how people get a few spam in their Inboxes are ready to run for the hills. Really, spam, just like postal junk mail, is just a way of life. Go ahead and go to a new service, with time you'll get spam there too.

Remember there's NO guaranteed way to be rid of spam, if there was, the company that would come up with that would be very rich!

    Bonne chance!

    Go to Gmail.

Microsoft do not care. They want you to pay for the protection they USED to give for free.
