All Junk hotmail coming to inbox started today 20 Feb 2023

All hotmail / outlook Junk mail coming to inbox ?

Despite these emails still saying they are classed as junk. This has suddenly started today.

I've cleared my cache and deleted all in junk box.

Can't find any settings in junk mail other than safe senders list .

    I also am getting a huge influx of spam, all going to me inbox despite marking them as ignore, or not my phone i can mark them as spam or phishing but that doesn't seem to do anything, it just keeps going to me inbox.

    I have tried changing my protection level and that did nothing at all.

    I also have tried to click the unsubscribe on the e-mails but i feel like this make it worse, and i reciev even more.

    I am at the point of needing to make a new e-mail address (even though I have had this one for yeras). However I will then have to change all my e-mail on everything and risk missing important e-mails.

    Hi David, Not sure my reply went through to you, so here again. I fully agree with you. I emailed the Microsoft UK CEO (clare.barcaly@microsoft.com, not sure if current address), but so far no reply. If I haven't had a reply by Monday will take matter further, since it looks to me that Microsoft is, in respect of Hotmail, acting either unethically or illegally. Best, Jonathan.

    I've had my account since 1996. To me the 'coincidence' of being swamped by junk (Feb 2023) and at exactly the same time (Feb 2023) being told we don't have enough storage, by a company that is only interested in large profits, is no coincidence at all. I'm surprised everyone hasn't noticed this.

    I've had the same thing happening to me. It started a day or two ago with only a few Junk emails in my inbox and today I've got over 100 Junk emails in my inbox

    Had the same issue, noticed my junk Mail was at 500 (I regularly empty it). Wondered if it was full and was kicking over to my inbox. Emptied it a little bit ago and everything has been going to the junk folder. Nothing in the inbox yet.
