Account recovery unsuccessful! HELP!

I was hacked and I’ve tried recovering multiple times now. I’m using a familiar device. I put in old passwords. My recovery email and phone number are no longer attached to the account. I don’t get why Microsoft can’t revert the account to its original state of creation. I need to get this email back. Too many account with it and I can’t switch half of them off it without the email.

    This is ridiculous. I thought I was the only one experiencing this. No one is able to help. I have my business info and my client's info on that drive that I can't get to. They ask stupid verification questions like email addresses and subject lines. Well I never used that outlook email to send emails...only to save to onedrive. Now what? When I try to reset they say my email doesn't exist,....ok...so I try to create a new account using the username they say doesn't exist. Guess what? It says I can't use that name because it's already in use. Which one is it...does the email exist or not? I sent them a screenshot of my c drive to show proof where my files were being saved to that microsoft username and drive. But NOOOO that's not good enough...I have to enter emails or credit card info to verify myself. This should be a violation. I'm going to see if I can contact the CFPB. I have all my important files on that drive and I BETTER get access to it again.

    Brother, my account has been suspended, in the last few days I also gave points for pure complete KR and also took gift card redeem here but email PR gift card did not come high and after this my account got suspended

    Our business was hacked by a former manager who is on the run in Dubai due to pending criminal charges in here in the US. Over the weekend he managed to convince the half-wits in customer service that the company account was his and not the company's. Today our "Tier 3" 2-digit IQ service team said they will not get involved in "an internal dispute". Our local FBI field office is involved but we are still frozen out of our systems while this guy is using the company accounts to try and instruct our corporate banks to wire moneys to the UAE, Beirut, etc.

    **** IS WRONG WITH MICROSOFT? HOW CAN WE SUE THEM TO STOP THIS?
