Task bar moved from bottom of screen to the side of screen (I can not figure out how to fix this)

How do I move the task bar (has apps: mail, tasks, calendar, etc.) back to the bottom of the screen? Is this called the task bar? I can't figure out how to restore the settings. See picture.

2022-10-06T20:48:09+00:00 Couldn't agree more. I turned off the 'Coming Soon' button located at the top right corner of the screen. That put the panel/task bar back to the bottom of the screen.
