Outlook Signature images not showing. iPhone Outlook 365 APP

Using the Outlook App with my Outlook 365 account.

I have added a email signature with images to the Signature Box in the Outlook app

Images and logo shows when i save and create a new email.

However, when the email is sent the receiver does not receive the image/logo even though showing on the email that was created.

    I think the fact that the Microsoft team hasn't gotten around to fixing this or not even seeing it as a big problem is completely RIDICULOUS! This is 2022! We live in the mobile age! Why does one of the biggest and "most innovative" tech companies in the world not have this implemented as a feature yet?

    I was having the same issue with my iPhone The way below is worked for me.

    1. Open a google docs on google drive
    2. Add your image in that file
    3. Adjust image and details on your signature
    4. Copy the final version of your signature or send it as link to your iPhone then open from iPhone and copy it and Paste into your signature in mail settings iPhone

    Please feedback me to know if it worked for you or not.

    Hi, I tried this but the signature doesn't work. It just has the GoogleDrive share link as a web address at the end of my signature. Could you maybe expand on the details? Does it have to be saved in a certain format? I saved the file on google docs and created a shareable link that I pasted in the signature box in iOS Outlook app.

    Dont save it!

    1. Create your signature block in Google Doc
    2. Copy & paste the signature block to an email & send it to yourself, or save as draft.
    3. Open the (draft email) on your Apple device
    4. Copy the signature block.
    5. Open Outlook on your device
    6. Swipe right
    7. Click on settings
    8. Go to Signature & choose "Per Account"

    9 Paste your signature block

    Youre done

    Thanks I will try that. It’s a shame that we would have to rely on Google to solve this issue for Microsoft. They should also have a way to host a cloud signifies via a link. I really appreciate it!

    A shame? Yes, decidedly. A surprise? Sadly no. Microsoft has an unfortunate habit of turning out products that are only ever three-quarters complete, and then never responding to legitimate criticisms from paying customers. The benefits of functional monopoly.

    Wow, that really worked!!! I can’t believe it takes a Google doc to fix an iPhone Outlook signature, but it works!!! How does the Google docs converted signature work? It looks exactly the same as my other signature, is it a different format or something? Thanks very much!
