Hotmail account repeatedly locked

On Sat Jan 8, 2022, my outlook/hotmail account was temporarily locked due to "unusual activity". I requested a verification code, and my account was unlocked. I changed my password. I logged in OK the next day. I can receive emails, but as soon as I send an email, my account is locked again. What can I do?

    mine is working again. I got a "how did we do?" message where I ripped in to them and said lots of people suffering with this.

    No response of course

    Clear sent files, erase about 6 months before and the problem will be fix probably. Try it. For me this working.

    my hotmail email account keeps blocking every time I try to send an email too, stating it is blocked due to suspicious activity. Once it is unlocked, the same thing happens again so I cannot do anything for another day. I need to send emails from this account but it has been blocked from sending emails for the last few days. I can receive emails but cannot send them
