Split from this thread.

I've been having the same problem. I've been using the support feature in the app haven't been any help yet. I'm the admin of my org and none of the settings have changed for my login. Previously when used this app and added an account it would ask me if I wanted to stay logged in. I've deleted everything, cleared cache and app data, uninstalled everything, and I've never seen that option again when I add my account again. When ever I login I see a bunch of screens pop-up and they disappear and I have no idea what it's doing.

Yes, I registered my phone in the Microsoft Authenticator app for android and that has seemed to fix it.

Currently we can only "Register My Phone" with one account per phone. If you happen to access multiple tenants from one phone you still get spammed every few minutes with "Please sign in to ******@YYY.com again" notifications. The triad goes like this: Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability. Right now, MSFT is struggling with Availability and many of the organizations I work with are nearly willing to leave because having to sign in every few minutes is 100% bonkers.

Happened again after latest few updates from Microsoft on all their Android mobile clients.  Literally thousands of people asked to please sign in again.  I admin the MDM/MAM solution for a large organization and this is just terrible.  Microsoft, please resolve this.  Contact me directly if you want specifics on the issue.  There clearly is something larger going on with how Microsoft apps piggyback off the authentication token received from ADFS/SSO.
