Turn Off Advanced Threat Protection in Outlook.com

First, I have an @msn.com email address. This is not an Office 365 business email address!

All the links in my email prefaced with the https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com.  Looking this up is part of the Exchange advanced threat protection package which they talk about in Office 365 for business.  How do I turn this off for my personal @msn.com email account.  It is actually causing more problems for me than it "protects" me so I need to turn this off.  How do I turn this off?  Again, this is happening on a personal account, not a business account.

    I never gave them permission to MODIFY my e-mails.  I never gave them permission to redirect the hyperlinks to get processed and tracked through their Safe Links server.  I don't want a covert proxy handling my e-mail hyperlinks.  Microsoft is being rude by shoving down our collective throats a flawed security scheme at the expense of user convenience while destroying e-mail integrity.

    Five months ago I managed to get that "safelink" thing disabled by request via Outlook.com "in product support" and some episodes of emails with them.

    Now, suddenly, again without any notice, I'm receiving altered emails with tampered links again - obviously that "safelink service", which I never opted in for, is re-enabled.

    WTF!?

    The refreshed Outlook.com makes it harder to get in touch with the support. The former "in product support" only lists some FAQ. To actually get to a kind of contact form, I had to find a "Contact Support" button at https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Advanced-Outlook-com-security-for-Office-365-subscribers-882d2243-eab9-4545-a58a-b36fee4a46e2, which then redirects to Outlook.com, offering a contact form over there.

    Hi All,

    I went to my anti virus folk and they told me to my surf protection settings and stop blocking it which I did and now I can see my links in Outlook. They also recommended I never choose block when I get a warning but hit the x button on the top right corner in future.

    The safelinks.protection is prohibiting me from accessing links sent to me through my email...how can i fix this?
