how can i switch to hotmail old version?

my internet connection is too slow for new version.

Hi mindaugas laucius,

 

I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

sorry to say since I went to OUTLOOK I have problems constantly signing in to get my e-mail. I may be forced to switch to another site!!

    There are many things about Outlook (and the like-named Android app) that could have benefitted additional consideration before forcing it upon unwitting clients.

    I understand that you want to find a way to go back to your old interface as you are more used to it. However, as what the previous moderator mentioned, there is no way of going back to your old interface as all of our user had already been upgraded.

    Thanks! 'new and improved'. LOL. It's utter **** and that's why you've had so many complaints and requests to return to the original Hotmail format.

    To make sure that your browser settings doesn't contribute to this issue, we suggest that you optimize your browser. To optimize your browser, please refer to this link.

    If you're using Internet Explorer, I recommend that you reset the security settings of it or run it in no "Add-ons" mode or reset your Internet Explorer settings. Follow methods 2, 3 and 4 in this article.
