Hi mindaugas laucius,

I'm sorry to inform you we don't have the ability to revert back to the classic version of Hotmail. All hotmail accounts have already been updated to use the new and Improved Hotmail Webmail.

Thanks!

sorry to say since I went to OUTLOOK I have problems constantly signing in to get my e-mail. I may be forced to switch to another site!!

    Hello,

I also have big problem with the new OUTLOOK, it is not about connectivity of slow internet, it is all about "error in page" message appears on the left side corner of the page.

    Regards

    Hi Mikesafi,

I hope you are having a great day.

Please be informed that over time, Hotmail will be phased out and Outlook.com will be the free email service from Microsoft.

As part of this transition, the option to switch back to Hotmail is removed.

It’s important to remember that, no matter when you upgrade, your @hotmail.com address will always work.

Should you have other concerns, please let us know.

    Thank you.

Can we at least get rid of the stupid linking all emails together from one email sent.

this feature should be an option.

Click on the gear (think of gears as the inner workings of Outlook), and select "More email options."

In the "Options" window that open, near the bottom of the left column, you will find a group labelled "Reading email,"  Select that link to revise those settings.

    Then select "Group by conversation...."

Under "Conversation settings," select "Show messages individually."

Hope that helps, and good luck, Doowapa!

Note: I hated Outlook when I tried the preview but, honestly, not a lot has changed from the days of Hotmail, and the visual appearance is, to my mind, much cleaner.

Look over the history of this topic and you will see my many less-than-pleasant comments directed toward Microsoft.
