If you use Chrome or Firefox as your browser, there is a free ad-on that will remove the ads on the right side of your in-box, and will expand the in-box to use the vacated space (formerly occupied by the ads).

Do a search on: Webmail ad blocker. There are separate versions for Chrome and for Firefox.

Not only is it a nuisance, it creates a problem when I'm trying to print something on my email.  Please remove the banners.   If it can't be removed, I suppose the only option is to switch from MSN

Microsoft should not take its hotmail users for granted on these things. MS should relly consider to provide users with alternatives for ads. they want to make money out of it, that's fine, but they need to allow users to control the content I don't necessary want to see ads that are almost pornography videos and images,.

I really hope MS would see these responses and take action before users shift to other email programs like GMAIL for instance.

    My 2 cents on this.

    Regards,

    Concerned user

    Tomunohill,

If you use Chrome or Firefox as your web browsed, then search for "Webmail Ad Blocker".

It is a FREE add-on that will remove the ads on the side of your outlook inbox. There is a version for Chrome, and a version for Firefox (be sure to get the correct version for the browser you use).
