How to merge 2 Microsoft accounts?

I am sorry to bother you again regarding this matter.

I had to reformat my Windows 10 Pro system so I no longer have Outlook.com.  I do have 365 but Outlook will not download all my folders and I can only read 1000 emails with the newest Date of 2013. 

I know that sounds like a lot but I have had several business IT Magazines, From PowerShell.com, Windows IT Pro, Intel. AMD, NVidia, Redmond and several companies I purchase from. 

I can't close out my msn.com account at the moment because I am in the middle of purchasing 3 new Windows 10 Pro systems.  It would be very hard to change my contact history with Windows IT Pro because as of the middle of last year they no longer take subscriptions.  I still have access using my msn.com account for Visual Studio and SQL issues. 

I know it would be best all around to have my primary Email as Outlook.com I am sure it would sync better and I have read the newest 2016 book which makes it look very inviting.

I know you said to use Windows Live Mail but as I understood it Windows Live Mail was not going to be supported on Windows 10 Systems.  In addition since I have Windows 10 Pro upgrade on my systems from the free subscription how do I change these systems to use a new Outlook.com and remove the msn.com as my log on?

I am sorry if I am blanking out as to how you are suggesting the process of transferring my current emails from msn.com to Outlook.com.  But if you would mind sending me an email or posting the steps I should take as well as how to transfer my services (ie. 365 with 1 tb Storage, Office 2013, and my Paid support from Microsoft Answer Desk) to in my Microsoft Account that has my primary account under my msn.com.

After posting here I have tried to reach someone or find an email address to the .live department that handles the Outlook.com email.  Of course that has been very disappointing.

What do you mean my "move Office Professional from one account to another" and which application within the Microsoft Office suite are you talking about, if any?

Is it possible to move my MS office professional from one Microsoft account to the one containing my One drive files so that office can be used on mobile and desktop, since windows mobile only allows the use of one master acct?

However there is a larger problem at hand with my system which was the reason for adding the second account.

I don't have the use of my system at the moment so I am replying to you from an Android phone. (1 reason for so many spelling issues the key pad has it's  mind.  Even after I proof read &  before posting  it changes letters to numbers or misspell my words just as it did now).

For this reason I was unable to provide you with the exact Error message that I have on my desktop.  

Every article I have read as well as the wonderful level 2 tech I am working with has also lead me to, stipulates that my desktop profiles are corrupted.   Unfortunately all the articles are for Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.0.  No one has found a way to correct this in Windows 8.1 or Windows 10.

So in my attempt to work out a fix I needed to create a second Microsoft Account and a second Administrator to see if there is some way to access my personal files.

I will not be able to give this my full attention until Tuesday do to family cometments over the labor day weekend  (in addition to a new great grandson born on Friday, and at this point is in the newborn ICU with his mom) just a bit busy.

What I can tell you is that from my research over the last few days has proven very incitful to the system internals and how from boot to GUI to authentication things have changed.  

So I am more comfortable reinstalling than blowing a system.  That will not be my first move however it is one of my reasons for not being able to completely remove myself from my IT  development area.  Learning is a habit I am have a hard time breaking.

I am sure you are correct and if or when I  am able to merge these accounts I will try your suggestions. Unil then I want to find why this Error developed on the 3 day after Windows 10 Installed.  I also want to see if there is a Powershell script I have overlooked as a possible repair.
