Is there any way to disable junk-mail/spam filtering completely in Outlook.com? I'd prefer my Windows client to handle this locally, thus everything I receive to my @outlook.com address should be going into Inbox.

by the way your link does not work
it filters it as not safe and send you back to go
surely you could recognise your own links?
what a joke
'Why not just change the name of the category from JJUNK to INBOX?"
why cant we have a disable spam or junk filter option?
that was available on the old outlook
ALL my Inbox is going to junk and i see other people are having this problem.
how can i add addresses to the contact list if i do not know them yet?
also the junk mail overrides most of my rules...for example i have a rule that anything from Amazon goes to a folder/category but it goes to junk instead
what is the use of rules if they are not applied
and what is the use of junk filter if it just puts almost everything into it
if you cannot make your junk mail filter work correctly, follow the rules and make smart decisions,
then
i just switched from gmail to outlook web to better coordinate with my full outlook desktop
but if this is going to continue i will go back to gmail
I got our whole office to change from gmail but we will all go back soon if we cannot fix this
or as some guy wrote here:
'Why not just change the name of the category from JJUNK to INBOX?"
Thanks, Patrick
I totally agree with you
I lost contracts because i didn't think someone had written me bak.
Almost all my inbox goes into Junk,
Even the addresses with rules and on my contact list and people i communicate with all the time goes to junk.
The old outlook had the option
We are all adults here; we can do our own sorting if we would like to;
In one day, I would rather sift out 1 or 2 junk mails than have 15 good mails go into Junk.
I can't agree more. It's almost a year, and the problem still exists. Is it really so difficult to add one, new feature (option to disable previous feature, I should say)?
I use email forwarding and the fear, that I might missed an important email is at least annoying.
