hi, When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mutes me completely and i cannot hear anyone talking? i can only hear people talking if I mute myself in MS teams and not via my headset, this was never the case before. Please help.

    Had the same issue with the Jabra Evolve 75 headset and I solve it this way.

    This is an issue with the driver version for Intel Smart Sound Technology for Bluetooth Audio. I had the latest version so I needed to roll this back to 10.29.0.6367 from 2021. I went to device manager page, then look for Sound, Video and Game controllers and I uninstall it. I previously downloaded the CAB file for the drivers, I unpackaged it and then from powershell as admin I just typed in .\Install.bat. It worked for me, hope the same for you

    i have the exact same issue with my microsoft modern wireless headset so i dont think it is solely a jabra issue

    I have the same issue and I don't think it has anything to do with the Teams or any other meeting tool but Jabra.

    Many other (pretty much every Jabra user) reported this issue and Jabra never fixed it. This issue is with every Jabra headset and the only fix is to use the dongle provided with it.

    If you lost the dongle and if it's not provided by your office or they're not replenish you with replacement if lost, then you're spending $130 just for the dongle.

    BTW, no Microsoft employee can fix this issue since this is the bad software design case from Jabra.

    The problems is caused by Intel Smart Sound Bluetooth audio driver.

    I had the problem that audio was muted and the mic state was not synced. After updating the driver my Jabra Evolve 75 worked as expected. No more workarounds after updating the ISST driver from the package below.

    The driverpackage which has a working driver for me was: https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=0tmc2&oscode=w2021&productcode=latitude-15-3540-laptop&lwp=rt

    Extract the package (e.g. with 7-zip) and update update the driver for Intel Smart Sound Bluetooth Audio manually by selecting update driver and choose the path where you extracted the package. You should see version 10.29.0.9947 after the update.
