hi, When muting my Jabra headset by pulling the mic up, why does it mutes me completely and i cannot hear anyone talking? i can only hear people talking if I mute myself in MS teams and not via my headset, this was never the case before. Please help.

    I get two options in my teams. When I select Jabra Evolve 75 SE, it behaves like older drivers (rotating mic mutes the microphone which is synced with my PC mic, but I can hear the conversations). If I select the other one, it mutes both mic and speaker, also doesn't sync with my Team's mic.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

    I had a similar issue with my Jabra Evolve 75.

    In my particular case flipping the mic up and pressing the volume down button did nothing. On the other hand flipping the mic up and pressing the volume up button solved the issue.
