I'm getting extremely jittery video despite a good connection. It looks like every few frames, a single frame from a second ago is displayed, causing both my video and other participants videos to just jitter in a really distracting way. It can't be my connection because I have a good ping & good connection, and its happening to my video as well.

I'm also getting this exact problem, since mid December as well. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Teams, but the problem persists.

Thank you for the reply. Other users who have faced the same issue on MacOS were able to fix it by using the steps described below.

It suggests opening another video app during a meeting and have it request a feed.

    "For example:

    • Open Zoom and go to Video Settings (where it gives you a preview), this will update the feed format

    • Open FaceTime (and request the appropriate video source if needed), this will update the feed format"

"When in Teams, if you go "off video" and come back "on video", the moment you "go visible" it will make the "most recent" video request, instantly lowering the feed quality in all the apps using the same source (until you re-request the feed in one of the other apps)."
