Hi Shawn,
how and where can we vote to get this improvement take place and have Airpod to work with MS teams?

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings. I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service. I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.
Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams. People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them. I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.
Thanks.

It's crazy that we can't use our AirPods in Teams. Please inform us when you have corrected the issue.
For me - when it decided to work - it defaults to stereo. Again - I did not change any setting on my Surface.
It works for me but I can not use Stereo which I would get a better quality. I could use it with other conference apps like WebEx. Is this because it is not fully supported yet?
This have worked in the beginning. I had Team meetings on my iMac with my AirPod's pro. It was so handy, because you could fetch a cup of coffee and still listening to the meeting. Suddenly it stopped working. I guess we have to buy an other brand. I really don't like this, it looks like it is intentionally blocked by Microsoft.
