Microsoft Teams and Apple Airpod compatability

Hi - I use Microsoft Teams regularly (many times a day) to conduct business meetings.  I very recently bought a pair of Apple Airpods (Pro) as my old plug-in headphones stopped working after several years of service.  I run Teams on my Macbook Pro laptop.

Unfortunately, I can't get the Airpods working with Teams.  People in the meeting can hear me perfectly, but I can't hear them.  I'd appreciate it if somebody could offer some advice on how to get this configured.

Thanks.

Either Microsoft engineers are stupid or senior management is stupid, arrogant, and do not care about customer needs.

Cmon Microsoft - this is a ridiculous situation - you are really dragging your feet - first we had to wait for more than four users displayed and now we cant connect airpods successfully - i can see this was reported more than six months ago - very poor response.

    Hi BWinBn

Just bought the Jabra 370 MS Bluetooth adapter for around €45 and installed the software from Jabra. I can confirm that it works perfectly with my Apple Airpods Pro. Very happy to finally have a solution. The software is switching automatically between the stereo music and the microphone mode. I listen to music with perfect quality and can have Microsoft Teams calls in between. Always using my AirPods Pro. Very cool :)

Strange. I also but the MS370 as the possible solution. My Apple Airpods are sometimes recognized by the 370MS but mostly the didn’t. A have some discussion with Jabra over the mail but conclusion from Jabra ‘we do not support Apple Airpods’.
